More About Katlyn

Hi, I’m Katlyn Giberson. I’m a nonprofit marketing and fundraising strategist with nearly a decade of experience helping organizations communicate their mission with clarity, integrity, and purpose.

Over the past 10 years, I’ve worked across communications, development, and digital strategy—supporting nonprofits as they raise funds, deepen donor relationships, and build trust with their communities. My work has included leading multi-channel fundraising campaigns, developing donor-centric messaging, creating social media and email strategies, producing impact reports, and aligning communications with long-term organizational goals.

I currently serve as the Communications Director at WARM (Westerville Area Resource Ministry), where I support fundraising and engagement through strategic storytelling and digital marketing. In this role, I’ve partnered closely with executive leaders, boards, churches, and community stakeholders to ensure communications aren’t just creative—but effective.

What drives my work is the belief that good marketing isn’t about noise—it’s about clarity. Nonprofits don’t need more content; they need the right message, delivered at the right time, in a way that honors both their mission and the people who support it. I bring a thoughtful, strategic approach that helps organizations move from reactive tactics to intentional systems.

Through consulting, I work with nonprofits and mission-driven organizations to develop social media strategies, digital engagement plans, email marketing frameworks, and donor engagement strategies that support both immediate fundraising needs and long-term sustainability.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me crocheting, playing The Sims, or enjoying happy hour with my friends.
